So far I really really enjoy ideal protein! I got to sit and talk about the program one on one and really understand how it works. The rest is just following the very simple diet plan. There is a coach who calls to check in and answer any questions you may have. Also they have the most comprehensive scale ever! It told my weight, BMI, PBF, how much each limb weighed and how much water was in my body. It’s amazing! Very precise and helps a lot during weekly weigh ins to stay motivated. I especially like that they help you maintain the weight you are happy at when you get there! My skin has cleared up I’ve lost more weight than I ever have in the past on my own I have way more energy and I’ve even been sleeping better!
