Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not create a provider–patient relationship. Always talk to a qualified provider about your own situation. In an emergency, call 911. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or current.

Requests and communications

Submitting a form or using the chat assistant sends us a request; it does not confirm an appointment, booking or order until we contact you to confirm it. Text messages are covered by the SMS terms in our Privacy Policy: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, logos and design belong to NJ Institute For Pain Relief LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Links to other websites, such as maps and social networks, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Reviews

Reviews shown on the Site come from patients on Google and from patients who submit a review on our Reviews page. We display Google reviews as written (shortened for length in some cases). Reviews submitted on this Site are read by our team before they appear; we publish positive and critical reviews alike and leave out only spam, offensive language, and personal or medical information, and we show only the reviewer's first name and last initial. Every review reflects that reviewer's own experience; results vary from patient to patient. By submitting a review you confirm it is your own honest experience and that you have not been paid or offered anything for it, and you allow us to display it on the Site. You can ask us to correct or remove your review at any time.
